Vacuum Packed Blacklip Abalone Meat (Heat Sterilised)
The blacklip abalone meat is cleaned and all pigment removed before being vacuum packed and heat sterilised. This product is fully cooked and ready to eat straight from the vacuum pack.

The abalone can be clearly seen through the bag with shelf life up to 2 years. This packing offers maximum retention of the abalone taste and flavour.
Heat sterilised vacuum packs (blacklip species) are packed in the following weight ranges and are generally shipped in 10kg master cartons.
