Payment

Please follow the Order & Processing steps before you pay:

1. Online Advertisement: For online advertisement placement, Advertiser is responsible for maintaining the link and for the content of the linked site if an advertisement linked to another site is provided for publication. Australian Winner Online and/or Publisher may remove any advertisement, which contains content or links to a site which, in Australian Winner Online and/or Publisher's opinion, is defamatory or objectionable. Advertiser will indemnify Australian Winner Online and/or Publisher from and against any claims or liability arising from links contained in an advertisement. 

2. Amount Owing: Australian Winner Online and/or Publisher shall be entitled to receive/retain the full amount owing for any advertisement placed, even if the advertisement is withdrawn prior to its last scheduled publication date or is removed due to the terms stated in #8 of Terms & Condition. 

3. Rate Adjustment: Any long-term special package is subject to rate adjustment from time to time without prior notice by Australian Winner Online and/or Publisher. 

4. Payment and Submission: Your Advertisement, Advertising Payment Form, and Payment must be received by AUSTRALIAN WINNER INTERNATIONAL EXHIBITION PTY LTD on or before the Advertising Submission Deadline. Direct deposit, company cheques, money order, personal cheques are not accepted, advertisement start after all funds are cleared. Advertising fees are payable prior to being posted on the website and are non‐refundable. All rates are net, non-commissionable, exclude GST. For best results, Email Ad to auwintl@yahoo.com and mail/fax the Advertising Payment Form with payment to us (Please do not provide Visa/Mastercard numbers). Please mention in your email whether the Advertising Payment Form and Payment is being sent by fax or mail.
