Condition of Services.
1. Welcome to
Australian Winner!
Thanks for your interest in our
services (the “Services”)!
By using our
Services, you agree to these terms (the
“Australian Winner Terms”). If ever in conflict, to the
extent of such conflict, the Australian Winner Terms
will take precedence over any other terms of the
Agreement. Please read the Agreement carefully.
As used in the Agreement, “you”
or “customers” means the individual or entity using
the Services (and/or any individual, entity or
successor entity, agency or network acting on your
behalf), “we,” “us” or “Australian Winner” means
Australian Winner, and the “parties” means you and
Australian Winner.
2. Access to
the Services; Australian Winner Accounts
Your use of the Services is
subject to your creation and our approval of an
Australian Winner member account (an “Account”). We
have the right to refuse or limit your access to the
Services. By submitting an application to use the
Services, if you are an individual, you represent
that you are at least 18 years of age. You may only
have one Account.
By enrolling in
Australian Winner, you permit Australian Winner to serve,
as applicable, Australian Winner may refuse to provide
the Services to any member without providing
reasons.
3. Using our Services
You may use our Services only as
permitted by this Agreement and any applicable laws.
Don’t misuse our Services. For example, don’t
interfere with our Services or try to access them
using a method other than the interface and the
instructions that we provide.
4. Changes to our Services;
Changes to the Agreement
We are constantly changing and
improving our Services. We may add or remove
functionalities or features of the Services at any
time, and we may suspend or stop a Service
altogether.
We may modify the Agreement at
any time. We’ll post any modifications to the
Australian Winner Terms & Condition and
Privacy Policy on this page and any
modifications to the Australian Winner Program Policies
or the Australian Winner Branding Guidelines on their
respective pages. Changes will be effective
immediately.
5. Online Links to Third Party
and Co-Branded Sites
Australian Winner may establish
relationships with business partners that allow
visitors to our Internet sites to link directly to
sites operated by these partners. Some of these
sites may be "co-branded" with our logo; however,
these sites may not be operated or maintained by or
on our behalf. These sites may collect personal
information from you that may be shared with us. Our
Privacy Policy will apply to any personal
information we obtain in this manner.
Australian Winner is not responsible for the content or
practices of Web sites operated by third parties
that are linked to our sites. These links are meant
for the user's convenience only. Links to third
party sites do not constitute sponsorship,
endorsement or approval by Australian Winner of the
content, policies or practices of those third party
sites. Once you have left our site via such a link,
you should check the applicable privacy policy of
the third party site.
If you don’t agree to any
modified terms in the Agreement, you’ll have to stop
using the affected Services.
