I have done many things, but in my view, these things have never been isolated. What I have built is not just a single system, but multiple complete and self-consistent systems. These systems span information, logistics, martial arts, philosophy, publishing, communication, and the multidimensional integration of the digital age. They are not accidental products, but rather the structured sediment of decades of continuous practice, repeated validation, and constant optimization.

Practicing does not rely on consciousness, nor does it pursue the deliberate guidance of Qi sensation; instead, it allows the meridians to open naturally, letting the body become a channel for the automatic operation of Qi. Whether practicing boxing in the early morning or performing stance training or boxing in summer clothing in the cold wind of six to eight degrees, my body can maintain a uniform warmth and abundant Qi and blood. This is not a coincidence, but rather a natural accumulation from years of structural adjustments, fascia release, and the unity of internal and external. Today, this martial arts system is complete and coherent, from the opening of internal energy to the natural flow of external form, and then to the unity of breathing, intention, and movement, forming a full-chain cultivation logic that others cannot replicate.

The philosophical system is a structure that has gradually become clear through my practice and reflection. These ideas do not stem from a pile of books, but are derived step by step from practice.
