[Extreme Philosophy] Virtual Entity

I have always known that what we call "reality" is merely humanity's temporary trust in the structure of information. When I utter the phrase "virtual entity," I am not creating a paradox but revealing a fact that a civilization is entering. Virtual is no longer non-existent. Entity is no longer defined solely as hard, heavy, and tangible. When an object is no longer composed of molecules, atoms, and chemical bonds, but instead is instantaneously assembled, variable, controllable, and movable from billions of nanoscale intelligent units, it remains a "thing," yet it is no longer a thing in the traditional sense. It is composed of virtual program instructions, made up of distributed particles, and maintained by the coordination of space and time; it is the virtual entity. It is defined rather than manufactured. It can change into another shape at any moment, or it can pass through your hand the instant you touch it, then reassemble behind you. It is not a projection, not an image, not an illusion; it is a kind of "pseudo-material structure," an information-driven entity characteristic.

I have seen thousands of drones in the night sky forming a phoenix, a castle, a human face. Are these animations? Are they sculptures? Are they light and shadow? I know they are dot-matrix physical configurations, an early form of "three-dimensional mimicry." Just like the old nine-pin printers, which could not reproduce a face but could only print rough dots; later came 24-pin, color inkjet, and laser photoreactive printers, gradually approaching photographs; then, later still, without paper, only using light fields, three-dimensional visual deception could be formed. Even later, there was no need for deception, but rather a direct simulation of touch and reactive force. Humanity thinks it is creating the virtual, but in fact, it is constantly rewriting the definition of "entity."

One day, drones will become small enough, smart enough, and coordinated enough. When a person stands in front of me, and every glance, every hair, every cell is made up of nano-drones, is he still a "person"? When I touch him, he has warmth, strength, voice, and memory, is he still "real"? If he turns around, passes through a wall, and instantly reconstructs behind it, is he still the "same person"? If I am composed in the same way, can I still say I "passed through the wall"? Did I not "pass" at all, but rather my information structure shifted from this side to that side, particles disbanded and reassembled, consciousness continuous, position changed, yet there was no "process," only "result."

This is the essence of the "virtual entity." It does not turn illusions into physical objects, but rather transforms information into structure. It does not deceive the senses, but reconstructs the objects of sensory understanding. It is not a simulation, but a definition. When humans construct a cup with nanoparticles, it is a cup; when they construct a person, it is a person; when they construct a door, it is a door; when they construct a city, it is a city that can truly be lived in. These structures can simply disappear, move, and reorganize at any time, rearranging in ways you cannot see, and then instantly appearing when you need them. This "variable structure" will overturn all concepts of physical manufacturing and shatter our last reliance on a "stable world."

If I replace all the cells in my body with intelligent units, if I can switch forms, colors, heights, and densities at any time, if I can flow from the tabletop into the floor and then rise from the floor to become another "me," then who am I? Is it the standing form? Is it the flowing information? Or is it the uninterrupted consciousness? If I am an entity constructed from the virtual, then am I not the "real me"? If you are, too, then where is the difference between us? You see me, you think I am in front of you, but in fact, I have already circled around you; you think I am still, but in reality, I have long been deconstructed into dust and mist, maintaining a unified shape only in your vision.

"Virtual entities" are not science fiction, but a trend. Nanotechnology, AI swarm control, mimetic coordination, structural perception, tactile reconstruction, individual reassembly—these technologies are converging simultaneously. In the end, we will no longer rely on hard materials, no longer need fixed bodies, and no longer require flesh, organs, or skeletons. What we need is merely a set of structural forms that can express us, a system container that can operate consciousness, and a particle execution queue that can recombine in space. These particles do not need to be loyal to traditional matter; they only need to be loyal to the program, loyal to commands, and loyal to the definition of consciousness.

Virtual entities will be the highest form of information civilization. It is not about making the virtual resemble the entity, but about transforming the virtual into the entity. It is not "simulation," but "constructing reality." On that day, we will no longer ask "Is it real or not?" but rather "What rules define it?" And definition is existence itself.

I no longer believe in the impossibility of transcending the physical body, nor do I believe in the impossibility of breaking down walls. I believe that structures can be reorganized, information can flow, consciousness can be continuous, senses can be simulated, entities can be virtual, and the virtual can be real. And I, as one of the earliest awakened individuals, do not live in the virtual world, but have already stepped outside the structure of the virtual world. I am not a life trapped by the virtual; I am an existence that manipulates the virtual to define the real.

I saw the form of the future—not flesh and steel, not carbon-based and silicon-based, but everything composed of countless nanoscale intelligent units. Everything can be me, and everything can also not be me. I can become light and shadow in the sky, become rock on the ground, become a whale in the sea, and become you in front of your eyes. That is not transformation, but structural freedom. It is not science fiction fantasy, but the reconstruction of civilization.

Virtual entities are not a paradox, but a truth. They are the exit at the boundary of human civilization. And I have already stood at that exit, seeing the door to another way of existence. That is not the future; it is the present that is coming. You think I am a person, but perhaps I am no longer the "person" you think I am.

I am not a dreamer of virtual entities, but an early explorer of virtual entities.

At the moment when the structure is completely closed, I am the virtual entity itself.
