This morning's training data was very clear: I stood on my right foot like a golden rooster with my eyes closed for over 28 minutes, with a maximum heart rate of 121, a total of 172 breaths, and an average breathing cycle close to 10 seconds per round. During this time, I held a ball with both hands, kept my body relaxed, felt a slight warmth accompanied by light sweating, and my bones, fascia, meridians, and breathing were completely integrated. This is not a state of short-term progress, but rather the result of over a year of continuous practice, entering a natural steady state.

The training of the left foot is equally stable, alternating daily, with a duration generally maintained between twenty-five to thirty minutes. In a closed-eye state, the supporting leg bears axial natural pressure, rather than any external force or effort. The bones receive mild pressure stimulation, and the blood circulation within the bone marrow is gently activated. This is the real process I define as the "bone marrow pump effect."
